Administration
Appropriately entitled administrators will have the ability to manage various settings within the system including the definition of:
- Core settings (including SMTP and OIDC settings)
- System schema
- Third party organisations
- User type
- Roles
- Life-cycle rules
- Mail templates
The ability to manage each of these sections can be enabled/disabled as required through role definitions. This means that a Super Administrator may have access to all administrative functions, but a Third Party Organisation administrator can only manage third party organisations.
The administration section of the platform also provides access to the audit log which can display all actions undertaken across the platform.
Access levels
Access to each section can be enabled/disabled as required but another level of granularity can be applied to enable either read or write access. This feature can be used to grant an Auditor role read access to every administrative page but they won't have the ability to make any updates.
Tenant Administrator
The Tenant Administrator, or default administrator, will have the ability to manage all features of the system including the setting of the core system settings which include:
- Tenancy name
- SMTP settings
- OIDC settings
- Default approval settings
- Report purging settings
