Requests
Requests made by administrators are automatically sent to the appropriate approvers (if approval is required).
The request process is:
- Administrator makes a request to change or create data
- Request is sent to the user's user type approver
- Approver approves or denies the request
- If approved the request is enacted, if denied the request is rejected
When a request is sent to an approver the requestor is informed of this.
Approving or denying requests
Find a request to Approve or Deny and click on the three vertical dots to the right and then select Approve/Deny:
Select either Approve or Deny to approve or deny this request. When denying a request, a note explaining the denial is required.
